Well no. I don’t think there are many people on this earth without some sort of mental health issue.
- Are you mad, bad or sad?
- Do you get angry easily?
- Are you a perfectionist?
The first step to fixing any problem is to acknowledge that there is one.

In any case, it takes real guts to turn up to therapy and many don’t make it past picking up the phone.

Or maybe you’ll just keep on the same as always, coping and surviving but never thriving.
Therapy seems scary when you keep turning it over in your mind but when you’re here, it’s not so scary after all.
